This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for items purchased on our website (kkvinyl-usa.com).

5 Business-Day Hassle-Free Exchange & Return

We understand that not every order is perfect. That's why we have a 5 business-day hassle-free return policy for all orders placed through our website. If you have any questions about your order, we will be happy to help you. We are very confident about the fit and product information on our website, and we will cover the return shipping costs (see limitations below).

At kkvinyl-usa.com, we are committed to providing customers with high-quality goods. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return items or seek a refund for your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient 5 business-day return policy. This means you have 5 business days from the date you receive the item to request a return. Return requests after 5 business days will not be accepted.

Return Steps

Step 1: Email your Order ID or RMA number along with product pictures to crm@kkvinyl-usa.com. You also need to provide a detailed explanation of the reason you wish to return or refund the item. We will reply to your email within 24 business hours. In the email, we will indicate whether you are eligible for a return or refund.

Note: Returns require an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.

Step 2: If approved, you will need to select the item(s) to be returned or exchanged and ship them to the address we provide in the email.

Note: All product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the product price. An additional $20 repackaging fee will be charged if the packaging is damaged; an additional $50 repackaging fee may be charged if the product is damaged beyond usable condition.

Step 3: Unless the product is defective, if we review and agree that you can receive a refund for personal reasons (not due to product issues; minor scratches on the goods are normal and do not hinder normal use), you will be responsible for all shipping costs for this order. Insuring the package is recommended. If the package is damaged or lost during return transit, we (kkvinyl-usa) will not issue a refund.

1. Free Return Requirements

1.1: We accept returns of new, unused, uninstalled, or defective items within 5 business days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and include all original documents.

1.2: Must include all parts, installation hardware, etc.

1.3: We cannot accept returns for products with obvious signs of installation or installation attempts.

Note: The above applies only to the free return policy. Custom products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1: Our policy lasts 5 business days from the date you receive the package. If 5 business days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or refund. Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt to avoid exceeding the 5 business-day period of our return policy. To complete your return, we require an RMA number or proof of purchase. You must send an email to crm@kkvinyl-usa.com with your Order ID, product receipt, and pictures. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and not for our resale. It must also be in its original packaging.

2.2: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 2 business days and notify you via email on the same day whether the product has passed inspection or been rejected.

2.3: If approved, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Refunds (Package Not Received)

4. Below are some situations you might encounter:

4.1: If the order has not been shipped and the goods are still in production, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. You can contact us to apply for a refund. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and the refund amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

4.2: If the order has already been shipped, a 50% restocking fee will be charged, and additional fees may apply depending on the logistics status. You are responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the package to the warehouse. Specific costs are subject to the shipping carrier selected at the time.

Please note that kkvinyl-usa is no longer responsible for the package once the tracking information shows it has been successfully delivered to the destination. If for some reason you did not receive the package, we recommend that you provide evidence of non-receipt (such as your residence surveillance, etc.), contact the local logistics company to verify your package, or file a claim for compensation.

5. Late or Missing Refund Inquiry Process:

5.1 If you haven't received your refund yet:
First, check your bank account carefully.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. Refunds often require some processing time.

6. Return Approved for Personal Reasons

To return an item, please email crm@kkvinyl-usa.com to obtain the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

Return/Exchange FAQ

How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item?
Once we receive your item, we will process the return within 2 business days. The time required for the refund to be credited to your account may vary and is determined by your card-issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank/original payment method for details.

What if the item is defective or damaged during shipping?
Please contact us immediately via email or online customer service. Do not install or use damaged items. Damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact us within 1 business day of receipt via crm@kkvinyl-usa.com for assistance.

Note: When your order arrives, please check the carton for any damage that occurred during shipping. Some wear and tear on the shipping carton is normal; however, if your shipment is damaged, please keep the box, packing materials, and contents, take some clear photos, and contact us as soon as possible.

What if you sent the wrong item?
Please contact us immediately for assistance in correcting the order. The merchant will bear the shipping costs.

What if I refuse the package?
Please do not refuse the package or return it to the address on the package. We cannot accept returns at this address. The package will be returned to you, and additional fees will be incurred.
It is recommended to accept the package before initiating the return process.

What if I ordered the wrong item?
It depends on the specific item. Kkvinyl-usa accepts returns of new, unused, uninstalled items within 5 business days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with documents intact.
