1. Shipping Information
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Order Cut-off & Shipping Schedule
We process orders as they are received. All orders are shipped on the second business day after the order is placed.(Delivery time is mainly based on GMT+08:00）
Order shipping time consists of two parts
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Shipping Time: 5-7 business days
For DIY Custom Orders
Delivery Time = Shipping Time + Production Time + Processing Time + Communication Time
Note
Slight delays may occur due to international shipping policies and recent tariff regulations. This is normal within a reasonable range. We will keep you updated via email throughout the process and provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Important Reminders
Once payment is confirmed and the order is verified, the system begins processing. A confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox.
Order changes (e.g., color, size, product, address) can only be made within 5 hours of placing the order. Such changes may affect the processing time.
During Chinese holidays or local holidays, processing times may be longer. We will notify you in advance of any significant delays.
Please note that weather conditions, airline route changes, or customs inspections can occasionally cause delays.
2. Delivery Breakdown
Port to Warehouse Transfer: 1-2 business days (Closed Saturdays & Sundays)
After customs clearance, your order will be transferred to our local distribution center. In rare cases, additional time may be required due to inspections or port congestion.
Local Delivery: 1-2 business days
After inspection at our warehouse, your order will be delivered via domestic courier services. Specific delivery times vary by region.
Total Delivery Time: 6-9 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. All items from the kkvinyl-usa store enjoy Free Shipping worldwide. We use trusted courier services for all deliveries. A tracking link will be sent via email after dispatch.
Delivery Details
Delivery occurs during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time). If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the package in a secure location or attempt re-delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.
4. Delivery Areas & Restrictions
Delivery Areas: We currently ship to all regions globally.
Delivery Restrictions: Customers in Germany and Italy require a Tax ID. If you are a customer in Germany or Italy, please ensure you have your Tax ID (EORI/ZOLL) ready before placing your order.
