This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning goods and receiving refunds for purchases made on our website, kkvinyl-usa.com.

Easy 5-Business-Day Returns & Exchanges

 

We get it—not every order is perfect. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy within 5 business days for all orders placed on our site. If you have any issues with your order, we're here to help. (See limitations below).

At kkvinyl-usa.com, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that you may sometimes need to return an item or request a refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward 5-business-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 5 business days of receiving your item. Return requests submitted after 5 business days will not be accepted.

Return Process

 

Step 1:

 

Please email your Order ID and pictures of the product to crm@kkvinyl-usa.com. You must also provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your return or refund request. We will respond to your email within 24 business hours. In our response, we will inform you if you qualify for a return or refund.

Note: An RMA number is required for all returns. Returns received without an RMA number will be rejected.

Step 2:

If approved, you will need to ship the items you wish to return or exchange to the address provided in our email.

Note: All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the product price. If the packaging is damaged, an additional $20 repackaging fee will be charged. If the product is damaged to the point of being unusable, a fee of up to $50 may be charged.

Step 3:

Unless the product is defective, if we approve your refund for personal reasons (non-product issues; minor scratches on items are normal and do not affect functionality), you will be responsible for all shipping costs for this return. We recommend insuring your return package. kkvinyl-usa will not be responsible for refunds if the package is damaged or lost during return shipping.

Step 4:

 kkvinyl-usa DIY custom products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Step 5:

 If we shipped the wrong item, or if the item was lost or damaged during transit, kkvinyl-usa will cover all associated costs. We will reship the correct item to the customer. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, the kkvinyl-usa official brand will also provide the customer with a gift (this gift compensation requires the customer to accept the wait for the replacement product; gifts will be selected at random by kkvinyl-usa and may include items such as gift cards or car wrap tools).

1. Returns & Refunds

 

1.1: Our return policy lasts 5 business days from the date you receive your package. If 5 business days have passed since your order was delivered, we regrettably cannot offer you a return or refund. Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt to avoid exceeding the 5-business-day return period. To complete your return, we require an RMA number or proof of purchase. You must email crm@kkvinyl-usa.com with your order number, product receipt, and pictures. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and must not be intended for resale. The original packaging must be retained.

1.2: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 2 business days and notify you via email on the same day whether the product passed inspection or was rejected.

1.3: If your request is approved, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

2. Refunds (Package Not Received)

2.1: If your package has not been delivered, please contact us via email at crm@kkvinyl-usa.com or track your package via this link: https://kkvinyl-usa.com/apps/17TRACK.

3. Situations You May Encounter:

3.1: If the order has not yet shipped and the goods are still in production, a 30% restocking fee will apply. You can contact us to request a refund. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and the amount will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method.
3.2: If the order has already been shipped, a 50% restocking fee will apply, and additional charges may be incurred depending on the shipping status. You are responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. Specific costs will depend on the shipping carrier used at the time.

※ Please note: Once tracking information shows the package as successfully delivered to the destination address, kkvinyl-usa is no longer responsible for the package. If you did not receive the package for any reason, we recommend providing proof of non-receipt (e.g., home security footage), contacting your local postal carrier to locate the package, or filing a claim.

4. Process for Delayed or Missing Refunds:

4.1: If you haven't received your refund yet: First, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. Refunds typically require some processing time.

4.2: If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at crm@kkvinyl-usa.com.

5. Returns Approved for Personal Reasons

5.1: To return an item, please email crm@kkvinyl-usa.com to obtain the return address. Shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.

※ Important: Customers are not authorized to return or exchange items without prior approval. You must take photos for documentation and receive confirmation from the seller (kkvinyl-usa) before shipping items back. The seller (kkvinyl-usa) is not responsible for packages that are lost if returned without authorization.

How long does a return/refund take?


After we receive your item, we will process the return within 2 business days. The time it takes for your refund to post can vary depending on your card issuer. Please contact your card issuer/original payment method for details.

What if the item is defective or damaged in transit?


Please contact us immediately via email or online chat. Do not install or use the damaged item. Damage during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact us at crm@kkvinyl-usa.com within 1 business day of receiving the item for assistance.
Note: When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage sustained during shipping. Some wear on the shipping carton is normal; however, if your shipment is damaged, keep the box, all packing materials, and the contents, take clear photos, and contact us as soon as possible

What if you shipped the wrong item?


Contact us immediately, and we will assist in correcting the order. Shipping costs will be covered by us.

What if I refuse delivery of the package?


Please DO NOT refuse delivery or return the package to the address on the label. We do not accept returns at that address. The package will be returned to you, and additional fees will be charged. We recommend accepting the package and then initiating the return process.

What if I ordered the wrong item?


This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Kkvinyl-usa accepts returns of new, unused, uninstalled items within 5 business days of purchase.
